Small businesses here do good work. The trouble is time. The phone rings while you are on a job. A quote goes out and nobody follows up. The website was last touched a year ago.
AI can handle part of that work, but among firms that use AI, only about 4% hired an outside vendor or consultant to set it up (US Census Bureau, 2026). I came back to be that someone for the businesses around me.

How Cedar runs
One person and a team of AI agents.
Cedar runs on the same kind of AI that it sets up for other businesses. The agents build this website, draft our restaurant previews, write our daily reports and run our outreach. I supervise them and check the work.

The agents do the legwork. If you write back with a question, I answer it myself. I use these tools first. If AI can’t run part of my business, I shouldn’t set it up for yours.
What to expect
What Cedar will, and will not, do.
We don’t promise calls, leads, jobs or revenue. We set things up, run them, and show you exactly what happened.
- Show you a preview before anything goes live. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Tell you what is running today and what is Opening October. You pay nothing for an Opening October tool until it runs for your business.
- Say when it is AI. The assistant says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call it answers (Opening October for client lines).
- Build you a website you own. Who owns it, and when, is spelled out on the pricing page.
- Let you cancel by email. Monthly plans are month to month, and you don’t have to call or give a reason.
- Promise calls, leads, jobs, reviews, search rankings or revenue.
- Call a tool live before it runs for a real client. If it says Opening October, it is not running yet.
- Sell any tool as a safety or emergency service. If anyone is in danger, the assistant tells them to call 911 first.
- Sell your customers’ information, use it for ads, or mix it with other clients’ data. Cedar does not train AI models on it. Our Privacy Policy lists every company that touches it and what each one’s terms allow.
- Text you unless you text us first.
What does “Opening October” mean? The tool is built and has passed our tests, but it is not running for a client yet. We are setting up the first clients this month. You can book a spot now. You pay nothing until it runs for your business, and billing starts that day.
