Terms of Service
Cedar Digital is a web design and development agency serving small businesses in the Greater Seattle area. Cedar Digital LLC is a Washington State limited liability company (UBI 606-166-553).
These Terms of Service govern your use of cedardigital.ai and its subdomains (including preview.cedardigital.ai). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
If you're a client with a signed contract, your Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work govern the service relationship -- not these terms.
1. About This Site
cedardigital.ai is a marketing and informational website. It describes Cedar Digital's services, showcases portfolio work, and provides ways to get in touch or book a consultation. It is not a software platform, a client portal, or a place where transactions occur.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at cedardigital.ai/terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The content on this site -- including the design, layout, copy, logos, graphics, and code -- is owned by Cedar Digital LLC or licensed for use here.
What you can do: You may read, browse, and share links to pages on this site for personal or informational purposes.
What you can't do:You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this site's content without written permission from Cedar Digital.
Portfolio work: Project screenshots and images in the portfolio section are used with permission from clients. Those works remain the property of the respective clients.
4. Contact Form Submissions
When you submit a contact form or intake questionnaire on this site, you're starting a conversation -- not entering into a contract. Submitting a form does not guarantee that Cedar Digital will provide services, respond within any specific timeframe, or make any commitment to you.
We use form submissions to respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective clients. We don't sell your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your data.
5. Preview Sites
Cedar Digital may create personalized preview websites at preview.cedardigital.ai/[slug] to show prospective clients what their site could look like. A few things to understand about these previews:
- They are for evaluation purposes only -- not production use.
- Cedar Digital may modify, remove, or take them offline at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- Preview sites do not represent a commitment to build a site or provide services.
- Preview sites may contain placeholder content, stock images, or sample copy that is not final.
If a preview site is removed before you've had a chance to review it, just reach out and we'll restore it or share it another way.
6. Blog and Informational Content
Cedar Digital publishes articles and blog posts for general information and marketing purposes. This content reflects our opinions and experience -- it is not professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, technical, or otherwise).
We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees. Don't make important business decisions based solely on something you read on our blog.
7. Third-Party Links and Embeds
This site links to and embeds content from third-party services, including:
- Calendly (for booking consultations)
- Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar)
- Portfolio sites built for clients
Cedar Digital is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or service. Links don't imply endorsement.
When you interact with a third-party embed (like booking a call through Calendly), you're also subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
8. User Conduct
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the site
