How billing works.
Month to month, no minimum. Cancel by email. The tax shows on every receipt.
- Month to month
Everything monthly is month to month, with no minimum term. Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. You don’t have to call, talk to anyone, or give a reason, and there is no fee to cancel. We confirm by email, and we don’t charge you again after that. Your service runs to the end of the month you already paid for. We don’t refund part of a month.
- Sales tax
All prices are plus Washington sales tax, at the rate for the business location where you use our services. Since October 1, 2025, Washington taxes website building and support, IT services and software you use online as retail sales, and business customers are not exempt. The one exception on our price list is hosting sold by itself ($19 a month), which has no sales tax. Every receipt shows the tax on its own line. If the law changes, we charge what it requires from the date it applies and tell you by email. A tax change is not a price change.

A tool marked Opening October is built and tested but not yet running for a client. You can book a spot now. You pay nothing for it until it runs for your business. Billing starts that day. There is no setup fee.

- Phone numbers
With the AI receptionist (Opening October), calls forward from your own number by default. Any number Cedar sets up for you is yours, and it moves with you for free if you cancel.
- Your data
Export your data anytime. We delete it within 90 days after you cancel.
AI front office (Opening October): One clean export of your contacts, up to 2,500, is included. Imported contacts get email only. Free-text notes are dropped.
- What we do not promise
We don’t promise calls, leads, jobs, reviews, search rankings or revenue. We set things up, run them, and show you exactly what happened: every call the assistant answered, every message it sent, and every change we made. We don’t promise the assistant will catch every call or get every detail right; it uses AI and can make mistakes, and you can check and correct what it said. Any numbers we show you as examples are illustrations, not typical results.

A change is up to 15 minutes: menu, hours, photos, text. Rent it includes up to 3 a month. More than 3 in a month? We quote the extra ones first, or they wait for next month. You decide. Send it by 3 PM on a business day and it is live by the end of the next business day. Often sooner. Bigger work is quoted before we start.
What is the free AI audit?
30 minutes on the phone. Then a one-page plan in two business days: the first three things to automate, a fixed price for each, and a start date.
Do you promise results?
No. We don’t promise calls, leads, jobs or revenue. You can see every call, message and change yourself.
Is this really AI, or is it you?
Both. The AI does the work. Jeff sets it up, checks it and fixes it. Cedar runs on the same tools: this website, our restaurant previews and our daily reports are built and run by AI agents Jeff supervises.
Will the AI receptionist sound like a robot?

Does it replace my people?
No. It covers the calls and follow-ups nobody has time for. Your people do the job.
What happens to my customers’ information?
It’s yours. We handle it only to run your tools, on your instructions. We don’t sell it, use it for ads, mix it with other clients’ data, or train AI on it. Call audio is deleted after 90 days and transcripts after 6 months. You can export it anytime, and we delete it within 90 days after you cancel. Our Privacy Policy lists every company that touches it and what each one’s terms allow.
