For plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers and remodelers

An AI front office for your trade. It picks up when you can’t, follows up on your quotes and asks for the review. Jeff sets it up and runs it, and you see every call and message yourself.

A day with it

What a day can look like.

Example trade shop, not a real client. The owner is under a sink when a call comes in. The AI picks up, says it is an AI assistant, and takes the details. A web form gets a reply. A quote gets a nudge a few days later. One tap on a finished job sends the review ask and a payment reminder. If a caller says something urgent, it rings the on-call cell.

Who it fits: Service trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, septic, locksmith, cleaning) and builders (remodelers, general contractors, roofers, decks).

  • Before-and-after photos from your own jobs, not stock images.

  • A quote request form that lands in your lead inbox.

  • Your L&I registration number on the site, where Washington requires contractors to show it.

  • Built to load fast on a phone, for someone searching from a job site.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

What does “Opening October” mean?

The tool is built and has passed our tests, but it is not running for a client yet. We are setting up the first clients this month. You can book a spot now. You pay nothing until it runs for your business, and billing starts that day.

Is the example day typical?

No. It is an example we made up to show what a day can look like. It is not a real client, and it is not a typical result. Your own plan, with a fixed price for each part, comes from your free AI audit.

Do you promise results?

No. We don’t promise calls, leads, jobs or revenue. You can see every call, message and change yourself.

What happens on an emergency call?

If a caller says something urgent, or there is any doubt, it tells them to hang up and call 911 first, then tries to ring your on-call cell. It cannot call 911 or send help, and that call can fail. Home Pros clients using it confirm they carry general liability insurance.

Why do some tools switch on later?

Phone carriers have to approve a business before it can text customers. The tools that send texts switch on after that approval. Until then those tools stay off. The other tools do not depend on them.

Will it sound like a robot?

It says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call. Call the demo line, (253) 300-1076, and judge for yourself.

Can I cancel?

Month to month. Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Service runs to the end of the month you paid for.

How do I get started?

Start with a free AI audit. 30 minutes on the phone. Then a one-page plan in two business days: the first three things to automate, a fixed price for each, and a start date.
