You sign the Website Rental Agreement. Nothing goes live until you say it looks right.

We aim to launch within 5 business days after we have your approval and any changes you want. Rent it billing starts the day your site goes live.
The fine print, in plain words.
Read this before you say yes.
Rent it, $79 a month. No setup fee. We build the site from your approved preview, host it, and make up to 3 small changes a month when you email us: menu, prices, hours, specials, photos. Each is up to 15 minutes. More than 3 in a month? We quote the extra ones first, or they wait for next month. You decide. Send it by 3 PM on a business day and it is live by the end of the next business day. Often sooner. Billing starts the day your site goes live. Month to month. Cancel anytime.
Own it, $999 once. $199 to start, the rest when you approve. Got a preview from us? Nothing up front. Includes 30 days of changes after launch. Then we give you the site files and help you move them to your own hosting and web address, within 10 business days of your request. Optional hosting by Cedar after that is $19 a month, with no sales tax, or $49 a month with up to 2 changes.
Your web address. If we register one for you, it is in your restaurant’s name, and we transfer it to you free when you stop renting or after you buy the site.
When you stop renting, the site comes down at the end of your paid month. Your photos, logo and menu stay yours, and we send you a copy on request within 60 days. You can buy the site for $999 before you stop and keep it.
Allergens and food notices are yours. We post allergen, dietary and food-safety information only when you send it in writing, and we post it word for word.
Price lock. Your price does not change for 12 months. After that, we give you 30 days’ notice by email before any increase, and you can cancel first. If my email quoted a lower price, you pay the lower one.
All prices plus Washington sales tax, except hosting alone. The Website Rental Agreement (version rental-v2026-10b) is what you sign, and it controls.
